How Much does A Harry Potter Book cost in London (using pounds not dollars)?
I want to know because I am planning on traveling to London to get the Final Harry Potter book. I want to know how much i should save up for the entire trip (including food, airfare, taxis, the book, souvenirs, and hotel)

are you really going to travel to London JUST to get the book? If so you might as well order off amazon.co.uk or another booksite. Hope you plan on atleast doing sightseeing and making a trip out of it!
Visiting the UK is an expensive place and if youre coming from the US (as I did twice) the exchange rate sucks. Plus the summer is the most expensive time to travel there. I’d say you need atleast $1000 for an economy flight roundtrip, $150 a night for a decent hotel room, and plan on spending about $50 a day on food if you plan on being frugal. For a 4 night trip it’d cost you about $2200. I spent that much in January on a 3 week trip, though I stayed with friends all but 4 nights. have fun!
